[Hiring] Credit Program Manager @BOK Financial

Role Description

The TransFund Credit Program Manager is responsible for driving credit client growth through cross-selling products, onboarding a new client and servicing an existing client base, and overseeing the successful execution of routine TransFund projects and conversions. This role combines relationship management with project management expertise to ensure high-quality service delivery, operational efficiency, and strong client satisfaction.

How You'll Spend Your Time

• Serve as the primary credit contact and resolve client and operational issues.
• Lead credit projects and conversions while configuring, testing, and validating solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues, collaborate with vendors, and maintain communication throughout implementations.
• Consult with clients to deliver credit solutions and identify growth opportunities.
• Analyze client needs, resolve challenges, and support successful implementations.
• Act as a subject matter expert on Credit Solutions products and industry practices.
• Provide management with regular updates on client progress, project status, and key issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business and/or related degree with 5-6 years’ related experience or 7-9 years’ work-related experience.
• 5+ years’ experience in the EFT Industry, especially related to credit processing.
• 5+ years’ experience in managing conversions involving financial institutions, data processors, Credit, and a card base.
• Advanced knowledge of project management methodology.
• Advanced knowledge of Bank products, operations/product delivery system, banking applications.
• Thorough knowledge of management information systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent PC and software package skills and online system experience.
• Excellent organizational skills.
