Role Description

Candidates must have:

• At least 5 years' experience providing scheduling services on building construction projects.
• Experience providing scheduling services on at least two building projects with construction values of at least $20 million.
• Experience providing scheduling services on building construction projects involving new construction and building projects involving renovations.
• Demonstrated competency with Primavera 6 and/or Microsoft Project.
• Information on at least 5 projects on which the candidate provided scheduling services, including type of building, scope of project, and dollar value.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience providing scheduling services on projects involving federal government owned and/or leased buildings.
