Role Description

We are growing our remote operations team and looking for a highly organized Project Coordinator who can help manage active remodeling projects, client communication, scheduling, and overall project flow.

This is a fast-paced coordination role focused on keeping projects organized, on schedule, and moving efficiently from start to finish. You will work closely with homeowners, installation teams, sales representatives, and internal departments to support day-to-day project operations and ensure a smooth customer experience throughout the remodeling process.

This role is ideal for candidates with experience in:

• Project coordination

• Client communication
• Remote support for U.S.-based businesses
• Construction, logistics, home services, or service-based industries

We are looking for someone proactive, detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable handling multiple moving tasks in a remote environment.

• Experience supporting U.S.-based clients or companies remotely

Requirements

• Monitor project progress and follow up on pending items
• Assist with payment tracking and financing documentation
• Help resolve scheduling and operational issues quickly and professionally
• Ensure projects remain organized and on track from scheduling to completion
