Role Description

The Project Manager is responsible for providing administrative and program support to the Mental Health Parity Financial Requirements Compliance Project, including:

• Tracking and reporting of program status
• Issue/risk management
• Successful completion of deliverables
• Interfacing with other business leads and subject matter experts across the Company to support overall project efforts

We are looking for an energetic, dependable, and highly motivated individual with the ability to drive results, urgency, and accountability. The role requires excellent communication, problem solving, and the balancing of multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including ability to facilitate large meetings and deliver project presentations to large and small audiences, including senior executives
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage numerous, competing and concurrent priorities
• Flexible and able to multitask on several different aspects of a project or on multiple projects
• Willingness to take on all types of projects, big and small
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Effective communications in writing and speech; high degree of initiative; team player; results oriented; willingness to get the job done

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or relevant experience required
• 2+ years of relevant healthcare experience
• 4+ years’ experience as a demonstrated Project Manager with oversight for large-scale or multiple projects
