Role Description

The IT Project Manager III is responsible for leading, planning, managing and directing change management activities across complex clinical, operational, and enterprise technology initiatives. This role partners closely with Project Managers, operational leaders, and DTP stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of change through structured communication, stakeholder engagement, and readiness planning.

• Maintain working relationships with client functional areas outside of IT.
• Achieve the objectives of concurrent projects with enterprise-wide impact.
• Apply established change management methodologies to assess organizational impact.
• Develop and execute change plans.
• Support leaders and end users throughout the change lifecycle for large scale projects.
