Role Description

Coho Construction Management is seeking an experienced Construction Scheduler to join our team in support of a newly awarded contract. This remote role requires travel and supports project schedule review and analysis activities to ensure timelines are reasonable and contract-compliant. This is a part-time on-call position, estimated at 200 hours of work within six months.

• Review contractor CPM schedules.
• Assist with schedule updates and progress tracking.
• Review Time Impact Analyses (TIAs).
• Support schedule risk and delay assessments.
• Provide scheduling input to project reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in performing schedule development and analysis using P6, preferably for large federal programs.
• Certification as a Planning & Scheduling Professional (PSP) by the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering (AACE), or equivalent.

Requirements

• Position Pay Range: $46 — $58 USD
