Role Description

A lead PM with project lead experience of at least 4-5 years. Strong Transformation PM with CCaaS migration experience including:

• Resource planning
• Risk mitigation
• Cutover
• Hypercare

Must have Genesys Migration experience and C&I. Has worked in Transformation programme/project construct. Comes with experience working in a large global organization like HSBC. Should have experience in coordinating/collaborating with multiple/cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Chatbot & Voicebot exposure
• NLU, LLM / GenAI exposure
• RM Chat (WhatsApp)
• Genesys Cloud experience
• Understanding of Contact Center Domain is highly desirable
