[Hiring] CargoWise Project Manager @ABN Innovations

Role Description

• Account Receivable (phase 1) and Accounts Payable (phase 2) master data.
• Unification 9 digit Party Management (Stream 1).
• Evaluation of Enterprise or CargoWise as system(s) of record.
• Unify FXL account set-up process with Enterprise process.
• Unify account naming convention and hierarchy in alignment with Enterprise.
• Define impacts unification (process, account naming & convention) to FXL legacy systems (such as: CW, E-Trans, Duplex, billing interfaces, reporting).
• Develop governance approach for maintenance and management master data party records.
• Validate, revise enterprise API (match vs. always-create logic) with FXL legacy systems.
• Review and optimize existing operating model party management.
• Validate, cleanse and enrichment Masterdata FXL Legacy system (Stream 2).
• Develop and implement process for cleaning-up master-data in chosen system of record and the downstream applications (AR, AP).

Qualifications

• Experience as a Project Manager with a Financial background.
• Previous experience with similar projects, preferably in the logistics industry.
• Expertise in CargoWise.
