Role Description

Join us as a Business Systems Project Manager and help us do what we do best: propelling business forward.

This is an exciting role! You will learn about our business through thoughtful analysis of our Go-to-Market business processes and systems, and you will run the planning and execution of strategic programs. As a trusted business partner to our stakeholders across the company, you will:

• Elicit and document what the business actually needs.
• Map current and future-state processes.
• Translate that into requirements an engineering team can build against.
• Own the plan, governance, risks, and outcome from intake through adoption.

The work spans enterprise business systems — GTM, Finance, HR, IT and operational platforms — and includes acquisition integration. The role interacts with all levels of the organization and partners broadly with leaders across the enterprise to deliver strategic outcomes.

In this role you will:

• Business analysis and requirements:
  • Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
  • Map current-state processes and design future-state flows.
  • Identify business process improvement opportunities.
  • Evaluate the short- and long-term impact of proposed solutions.
  • Perform system and data analysis to support integration, migration, and rationalization decisions.
  • Support user acceptance testing.
• Project delivery and governance:
  • Lead discovery activities including stakeholder interviews and workshops.
  • Develop and own comprehensive project plans.
  • Manage risks, issues, decisions, and change control.
  • Plan and lead working sessions and governance forums.
  • Build Lean Business Cases.
  • Prepare executive-ready status reporting.
  • Create and maintain core project documentation.
  • Review proposed changes with Internal Audit.
• Partnership, adoption, and acquisition integration:
  • Act as the voice of the business user throughout delivery.
  • Support acquisition integration work.
  • Build and maintain relationships across business units.
  • Contribute to the EPMO's delivery standards and practices.

First 90 Days:

• Days 1–30: Onboard to the enterprise systems landscape and meet stakeholders.
• Days 31–60: Take ownership of at least one in-flight initiative.
• Days 61–90: Deliver a milestone on your assigned initiative.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management information systems, computer science, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3-5+ years combining business systems analysis and project management on enterprise technology initiatives.
• Proven experience eliciting requirements from non-technical stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major CRM or ERP enterprise platform.
• Demonstrated ability to run cross-functional projects to completion.
• Working knowledge of both traditional project management and Agile delivery.
• Strong process documentation and diagramming skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High ownership and follow-through.

Requirements

• Experience supporting M&A integration, systems rationalization, or post-acquisition migration.
• Familiarity with quote-to-cash or lead-to-cash process architecture.
• Data analysis and data integration experience.
• Experience with Jira, Asana, or comparable work management tooling.
• Conceptual understanding of application architecture, integration patterns, and cloud services.
• One or more of: PMP, PMI-PBA, PMI-ACP, CBAP, SAFe certification, or Lean Six Sigma.
• Prior work within a PMO, Center of Excellence, or enterprise governance function.
