[Hiring] AWS Cloud Migration Program Manager @Enlyte

Role Description

This is a full-time remote position that can be located anywhere in the U.S.

The Program Manager/Senior Program Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of complex technical projects, with working knowledge of ADO, while collaborating with cross-functional and partner teams to ensure alignment with our company goals and objectives. Key initiatives are focused on:

• Cloud migration (AWS)
• On-prem infrastructure migrations
• Enhancing the security posture of the organization
• Implementing and upgrading new business systems in conjunction with end user compute

Responsibilities include:

• Providing project leadership from initiation through delivery including planning and directing schedules and monitoring budget/spending.
• Organizing cross-functional activities, ensuring completion of the project on schedule and within budget constraints.
• Acting as primary lead for multiple IT teams and/or project managers across the organization.
• Developing project scope, schedules, project plans (in ADO), and budgets.
• Leading and executing multiple projects with tight deadlines to on-time and on-budget deliveries.
• Developing communication plans and communications to project teams, stakeholders, and sponsors.
• Scheduling and conducting project team meetings for all ongoing projects.
• Managing all change requests and requirements related to the project.
• Providing project leadership to project team members, partners, and across the organization.
• Planning, scheduling, and facilitating reviews/status of key software project lifecycle milestones – from project team members to executives.
• Ensuring that Project Management tools and/or agile methodologies are appropriately applied.
• Overseeing and maintaining liaison between all parties concerned with the project to facilitate any changes or modifications and to facilitate resolution of project problems including vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 6+ years in IT Infrastructure/AWS program management roles
• Demonstrated ability to lead IT teams within agile and project management frameworks
• Proven track record managing geographically distributed teams across multiple time zones
• Background collaborating with offshore teams and third-party partners
• Strong executive-level communication skills with exceptional problem-solving and leadership capabilities
• Cloud initiatives background

Requirements

• Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certification or expertise (preferred)
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps (ADO) software (preferred)
• Background as an Agile Release Train (ART) engineer (preferred)

The expected base pay for this position ranges from $100,000 - $145,000 annually, based on a number of additional factors including skills, experience, and education.
