Role Description
The Associate, Small Business & Consumer Operations is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company's business units, aiming to deliver superior service to clients by:
- Driving and optimizing the effectiveness and efficiency of people, processes, and technology
- Enhancing financial performance and increasing investment capacity
- Managing risk and building sustainable repeatable capabilities
- Analyzing and reviewing data tools, business processes, and operational standards
- Evaluating operations to meet company objectives and service agreements
- Researching external landscape developments and translating them into operational implications
The Associate supports the Central Banking Operations team with project planning and management to ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery. Responsibilities include:
- Supporting end-to-end project management activities such as project reporting, planning, issue/risk identification, and tracking
- Facilitating incident management to swiftly resolve issues and mitigate risk exposure
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in Finance, Business, or equivalent field
- Demonstrated experience in banking and back office operations (7-9 years)
- 5+ years’ experience managing projects with cross-enterprise interdependencies
- 5+ years’ experience building project planning documents and engaging support to achieve project goals

- Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data
- Experience with MS Office
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Strong presentation/facilitation skills
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced market environment
Working Conditions
- Frequent minimal physical effort such as sitting, standing, and walking
- Occasional moving and lifting equipment and furniture for onsite and offsite meeting setup and teardown
- Physically capable of lifting up to fifty pounds, able to bend, kneel, and climb ladders
