[Hiring] Assistant Project Manager @VIATechnik

Role Description

This is a remote role within the United States. US work authorization is required.

As an Assistant Project Manager for mechanical and plumbing scopes, you will support the delivery of BIM and VDC services for VIATechnik's trade contractor clients. You'll coordinate between VIATechnik's internal technical teams and client stakeholders, manage several workstreams at once, and translate technical outputs into clear next steps for the people building the work in the field.

• Your day-to-day work keeps handoffs on schedule, surfaces issues early, and manages risk before it affects a project timeline.
• This role fits someone with a strong grasp of construction software and technical workflows who wants to stay close to delivery without doing hands-on production modeling.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years experience.
• An associate or above in a related field.
• Hands-on experience with construction software and BIM or VDC workflows.
• Ability to translate technical detail into next steps that non-technical stakeholders can act on.

• Manage several active projects at once without losing track of deadlines, dependencies, or ownership.
• Comfortable being the connective point between technical teams and clients.
• Take ownership when something needs to move faster.
• Work well in a structured environment that is still evolving.
• Look for ways to improve the process rather than waiting to be told.

Benefits

• The pay for this position is $60,000 – $80,000, and the role is eligible for bonuses.
• Health insurance with the choice of five plan options. We cover 70-95% of premiums for VIATechies and 65% of the premiums for dependents (depending on the plan chosen).
