Role Description

The Manager of Assessments is responsible for leading the execution, quality, and continuous improvement of the assessment lifecycle from initiation through final executive readout and integration handoff.

• Provides day-to-day leadership for assessment delivery.
• Ensures standardized and timely execution.
• Partners cross-functionally to deliver high-quality, client-ready outcomes.
• Working knowledge of acute and physician revenue cycle processes, key performance indicators, and best practices is required.
• Exhibits strong strategic, analytical, project management, communication, and team leadership skills.
• Must be detail-oriented and proficient in creating reports, graphs, and spreadsheets.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
• Communicates effectively while presenting complex information to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrates advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Facilitates the management of data for multiple projects/assessments as needed.
• Provides ideas and recommendations for improving the assessment process.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years experience in healthcare and/or hospital revenue, preferably Acute hospital experience.
• People Leadership Experience: 3 to 5 Years.
• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Management/Administration or related field, preferred or equivalent experience.
