Role Description

The Working Student, Product Marketing Management – Research Flow Cytometry is responsible for supporting the global product marketing team with practical, hands-on work across portfolio analysis, market and customer insights, launch and product commercialization support, content development and coordination, and project follow-up.

This position reports to the Global Head of Product Marketing, Flow Cytometry and is part of the Global Product Marketing Management team.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Support product marketing managers across the research flow cytometry portfolio with product launch and lifecycle commercialization activities, including development and maintenance of marketing assets, messaging inputs, sales enablement material coordination, and follow-up action lists.
• Help prepare and execute market, sales, customer, competitor, installed-base and win/loss analyses by gathering inputs, organizing data, and translating findings into clear PowerPoint, Excel, or Word summaries.
• Coordinate product marketing project administration, including meeting preparation, notes, action tracking, SharePoint/Teams file organization, and status updates.
• Support content and campaign readiness by helping review collateral, maintain asset trackers, consolidate feedback, and ensure materials are easy for regional teams to find and use.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of product marketing processes by identifying opportunities to simplify templates, dashboards, workflows, and communication routines.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program in life sciences, biotechnology, biomedical sciences.
• Courses/working experience on business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to organize information clearly and accurately.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to summarize information in a clear and structured way for different audiences.

Requirements

• Previous experience in life sciences, laboratory, biotechnology, diagnostics, or biopharma-related coursework, internships, working student roles, or project work is a plus.
• Experience with flow cytometry is a plus.
• Using collaboration and project tools such as Teams, SharePoint, Click-Up, Power BI, CRM systems, or project/task trackers is a plus.
• Market research, competitive analysis, customer insight work, data visualization, or marketing communications experience is a plus.
