Role Description

WestCX is looking for a VP, Product to shape the next generation of AI-driven healthcare software and orchestration platforms. This is a rare opportunity to lead at the intersection of product strategy, commercial impact, and AI innovation — bringing intelligent, enterprise-grade solutions to a complex and highly regulated industry.

• Define the product vision and guide portfolio strategy.
• Build the operating model that enables WestCX to move faster and deliver more value.
• Ensure products keep pace with AI innovation and set standards for safe application in healthcare.

What You’ll Build and Lead

• Own the long-term product vision for WestCX’s AI-native platform portfolio.
• Partner with executive leadership to shape business priorities.
• Lead full product-line P&L ownership, including revenue growth and margin improvement.
• Drive discovery, prototyping, and delivery of AI/ML capabilities.
• Use modern Generative AI tools to accelerate prototyping and feature development.
• Help architect and scale AI-driven systems using orchestration frameworks.
• Work across teams to bring products to market with speed and quality.
• Establish an AI-native product operating model that improves velocity.
• Partner with legal and compliance teams for responsible AI deployment.
• Champion test-driven AI engineering practices.
• Build and mentor a high-performing product organization.
• Maintain deep insight into healthcare workflows and market trends.

What You Bring

• 8+ years of product leadership experience in high-growth B2B SaaS or AI-enabled environments.
• Proven ownership of product-line P&L including revenue growth and pricing decisions.
• Deep experience with AI/ML and Generative AI.
• Practical fluency with modern GenAI development tools.
• Strong technical depth and ability to partner with engineering and data science teams.
• Experience with orchestration frameworks.
• A disciplined approach to AI quality and governance.
• Strong record of building high-performing teams and leading cross-functional change.
• Exceptional communication and decision-making skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field required; MBA preferred.
