[Hiring] VP of Products @Flyer One Ventures

Role Description

What you'll own:

• Product & commercial strategy: Shape where the product goes next and prioritize commercial product bets in close partnership with the CEO, CRO, and Product team.
• Retention & expansion: Build product capabilities that increase customer retention, reduce churn, and drive NDR/NRR and expansion.
• New products & revenue opportunities: Identify, validate, launch, and monetize new products, workflows, and lines of business.
• Pricing & monetization: Evolve pricing, packaging, tiers, add-ons, and product suites to support growth and expansion, particularly in the mid-market segment.
• Moving upmarket: Help evolve the product and commercial offering to better serve larger mid-market and enterprise customers.
• Product leadership: Lead the Product organization, with the current Head of Product reporting to you, and work closely with Engineering and Revenue leadership.
• Product marketing & GTM: Partner cross-functionally on product adoption, positioning, go-to-market strategy, and strategic partnerships.
• Market intelligence: Stay close to customers, competitors, and market trends and turn those insights into clear product decisions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Product leadership experience in B2B SaaS and/or marketplace businesses.
• Relevant experience in Creator Economy / Influencer Marketing, MarTech, AdTech, E-commerce, or a closely related space.
• Strong experience building and launching products for the US market.
• Proven experience launching and monetizing new products or product lines.
• Strong commercial product experience, ideally including pricing, packaging, monetization, retention, and expansion.
• Proven people leadership experience.
• Ability to connect Product decisions to measurable commercial outcomes.
• Comfortable using AI tools pragmatically to build fast, test fast, and kill fast.

Requirements

• We’re open to both experienced VP-level leaders and strong Heads / Directors of Product who are already operating close to VP level and are ready for the next step.
