Rabbet is seeking a VP of Product Management to lead the next phase of our product evolution. You’ll be responsible for not only driving day-to-day product strategy and execution but also scaling a high-performing product organization. This is a critical leadership role for a pragmatic and decisive builder—someone who thrives in ambiguity, brings clarity through context and strategy, and empowers design and engineering teams to make confident, aligned decisions while keeping everyone focused on what matters most.
In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with the CEO, founders, and cross-functional leaders to ensure we continue to deliver impactful, efficient, and innovative solutions that reshape construction finance. You’ll champion a culture of ruthless prioritization, continuous learning, and customer-centricity while evangelizing Rabbet’s product vision both internally and externally.
What You’ll Do
Lead day-to-day product management and design responsibilities across Rabbet’s platform.
Develop and own product strategy and roadmap, aligning company vision with measurable outcomes.
Make sound, high-impact decisions with limited data and competing priorities—focusing on the greatest return on investment.
Build, lead, and mentor a team of product managers as the product organization scales.
Foster a culture of structured thinking, bias for action, and clear measurement of success.
Translate ambiguous problems into clear priorities, working iteratively with the broader product team, organization, and customers to ensure we're effectively solving the highest priority problems.
Partner with Engineering, Growth, Customer Success, and executive leadership to drive clarity and alignment.
Act as an ambassador for Rabbet’s product vision in both internal forums and external conversations with customers, partners, and investors.
Maintain a deep understanding of our customers and ecosystem to identify opportunities and position Rabbet for long-term success.
Establish clear KPIs, OKRs, and product performance dashboards to evaluate progress and course-correct as needed.
About You
7+ years in product management, with 2+ years in a senior leadership or VP role, preferably in B2B SaaS or fintech.
Proven experience managing and scaling a product team within a high-growth startup environment.
You’re action-oriented and thrive in ambiguity—comfortable making decisions without all the answers and adapting quickly as you learn.
Strong strategic thinking paired with a bias for pragmatic execution.
Exceptional communication skills—able to bring stakeholders along for the ride, even when saying “no.”
Track record of building and shipping high-impact products in close collaboration with engineering and design.
Ability to balance short-term delivery with long-term vision.
Customer-first mindset with strong instincts around user experience and business impact.
Comfortable with data—but don’t let a lack of it stop you from moving forward.
