[Hiring] Technical Product Manager - Travel Data Platform and Orders Management System @BCD

Role Description

The Technical Product Manager (TPM) bridges business stakeholders and engineering teams to ensure technical delivery aligns with product vision and business goals. This role owns the translation of business needs into technical requirements and oversees delivery from intake through release.

As a Technical Product Manager - Travel Data Platform and Orders Management System, you will:

• Analyze business problems, requests, and customer needs
• Assess and prioritize work based on business value, risk, and feasibility
• Lead project kick-offs with internal teams and external delivery partners
• Coordinate and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Communicate features, timelines, risks, and progress clearly and proactively
• Create and maintain documentation in Confluence
• Act as the product and platform subject matter expert

Qualifications

• Experience in technical product management, product ownership, or business analysis
• Strong understanding of systems, APIs, integrations, and data flows
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
• Experience working with cross‑functional engineering teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Experience with platform or data‑driven products is preferred, but not required
• Familiarity with agile delivery methods and backlog management tools (e.g., Jira) is a plus
