[Hiring] Technical Product Manager / Product Owner / Project Manager @Louco Event Media GmbH

Role Description

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Technical Product Manager / Product Owner to act as the bridge between business stakeholders, designers, QA, and our development team.

Tasks

• Product & Requirements Management
  • Create, refine, and maintain Jira tickets, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Translate business requirements into clear and actionable technical specifications.
  • Manage requirement changes and ensure proper documentation and communication.
  • Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and prioritization activities.
  • Ensure that product requirements are fully understood by the development team.
• Project Coordination & Stakeholder Management
  • Act as the primary coordination point between founders, developers, designers, and external partners.
  • Track progress, identify blockers, and proactively follow up on open tasks.
  • Ensure transparency regarding project status, risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
  • Facilitate alignment between business goals and technical implementation.
  • Prepare and participate in sprint reviews, demos, and planning sessions.
• Quality Assurance & Testing
  • Coordinate testing activities across releases and feature deployments.
  • Support feature validation and acceptance testing.
  • Ensure implemented features meet business requirements and quality standards.
  • Track bugs and issues until resolution and verify fixes before release.
• Technical Collaboration
  • Work closely with frontend, backend, and mobile development teams.
  • Assist in clarifying technical requirements and resolving ambiguities.
  • Support release planning and deployment readiness.
  • Ensure smooth communication between business and technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Technical Project Manager, or similar role.
• Experience working closely with software development teams.
• Strong Jira and Agile (Scrum/Kanban) experience.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal English skills.
• Experience writing detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
