[Hiring] Technical Product Manager @Wellinks

Role Description

The Technical Product Manager is responsible for helping shape, develop, and deliver Wellinks’ care platform. This role works closely with Engineering, Clinical, Operations, and Data teams to translate complex business and clinical workflows into clear product requirements and scalable technical solutions.

The Technical Product Manager owns product initiatives from discovery through launch, measurement, and iteration, with a focus on improving clinician efficiency, member engagement, enrollment, automation, integrations, and overall platform scalability. This individual serves as a key partner between technical and non-technical stakeholders and ensures that product decisions support Wellinks’ clinical, operational, and business objectives.

• Own product initiatives from discovery through development, launch, measurement, and ongoing iteration.
• Translate business and clinical needs into clear product requirements, workflows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner closely with Engineering to evaluate technical approaches, dependencies, tradeoffs, and sequencing.
• Work directly with Clinical and Operations teams to understand pain points, identify opportunities, and improve workflows.
• Define product KPIs and use quantitative and qualitative data to prioritize initiatives and measure product performance.
• Manage and prioritize the product roadmap and backlog across platform capabilities, integrations, automation, and user-facing workflows.
• Coordinate cross-functional product launches, testing, documentation, implementation, and stakeholder communication.
• Identify opportunities to improve clinician efficiency, member engagement, enrollment, and the overall member experience.
• Support the development of scalable solutions that meet current business needs while preparing the platform for future growth.
• Collaborate with Data teams to ensure appropriate measurement, reporting, and use of data in product decision-making.
• Communicate product priorities, requirements, progress, risks, and outcomes clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Continuously evaluate existing products and workflows and recommend improvements based on user feedback, data, and organizational needs.
• Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, technical product management, engineering, or a related role.
• Demonstrated experience working closely with software engineering teams.
• Experience defining product requirements and managing software products through development and delivery.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Requirements

• Previous experience in healthcare, digital health, virtual care, or healthcare technology.
• Familiarity with FHIR, HL7, EHR integrations, healthcare APIs, or other healthcare interoperability technologies.
• Experience developing or managing AI-enabled products, workflow automation, or AI-supported operational tools.
• Experience working with clinical, patient/member, or healthcare operational workflows.
• Technical background in software engineering, data, systems engineering, or a related field.
• Experience working with remote patient monitoring, chronic care management, or other healthcare technology platforms.
