Role Description

As Salmon migrates to a licensed card processing model, you'll join the Card Technologies team to own integrations across issuance, management, authorization, and clearing.

• Join the Card Technologies team as Salmon migrates to a licensed card processing model — a shift that touches issuance, authorization, clearing, and settlement end to end.
• Work across the full card processing stack: issuance and personalization bureau integration, card management, authorization, and clearing.
• Help stand up new integrations from scratch as part of the licensing migration, working closely with engineering, Finance, and Operations to keep settlement and reconciliation accurate throughout the transition.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a System Analyst, ideally in fintech or banking.
• Experience with payment services or systems, and understanding of how acquirers, issuers, and payment systems interact.
• Solid knowledge of microservice architecture and system design.
• Experience with API design and integrations from scratch.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Experience with incident analysis and resolution in production.

Requirements

• Own the integration between card issuance and the personalization bureau.
• Own card management flows end to end.
• Own authorization processing integrations.
• Own clearing flow integrations.
• Partner with Finance and Operations on settlement and reconciliation processes.
