Role Description

In this role, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for our Monitor Solution. You’ll be responsible for defining and executing the product roadmap while ensuring seamless API integrations and managing strategic partnerships. A successful candidate will champion customer-centricity, ensuring we continuously empower business to take impactful business decisions by turning the vast amount of scattered interactions into contextual relevant, digestible, and actionable insights.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner/Manager in a software development or technical environment
  • Prior exposure to social media analytics, social listening, or digital channels management is desirable
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • Demonstrated understanding of API integrations and managing technical partnerships is desirable
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken) with strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Requirements

  • Manage channels and API partnerships, overseeing updates of the key API providers and integration partners
  • Define and execute the roadmap, prioritizing features for Collect, Understand, and Impact
  • Work with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success; facilitate agile ceremonies and product releases
  • Identify market opportunities, resolve project challenges, and validate enhancements
  • Leverage tools like JIRA and Confluence to track progress. Continuously analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine strategy
