[Hiring] Staff Product Manager @Wellhub

Role Description

We are hiring a Staff Product Manager for our Identity teams in Brazil! This is a Remote – Brazil position, meaning you can work from anywhere within the country. Please note that this role is only open to candidates in Brazil.

Identity is the foundation every Wellhub product builds on: how subscribers, corporate clients, and partners authenticate and verify who they are, and what they're allowed to do across the ecosystem.

You will own the product vision and roadmap for Identity, including:

• Authentication
• Authorization
• User and account management
• Single sign-on and multi-factor authentication with client and partner systems

You will work closely with:

• Engineering
• Infosec
• Privacy
• Design
• Legal
• The product teams that depend on Identity

Your job is to make access secure, simple, and consistent across Wellhub, and to give other teams a platform they can build on with confidence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading impactful product development, with a proven track record.
• Experience on platform or foundational products is a plus.
• Effective communication in English, in writing and in meetings.
• Adaptable and comfortable working with people across different timezones.
• Data-driven: comfortable using metrics and insights to iterate and deliver outcomes.
• Ability to work through technical complexity and discuss architecture and security trade-offs.
• Skilled in breaking down complex problems into smaller independent sub-problems.
• Influential without authority, building trust with engineers and cross-functional partners.
• Well organized, handling multiple parallel initiatives and keeping stakeholders informed.

Requirements

• Use AI tools to produce high-quality work faster and make better decisions.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders across countries and cultures.
• Use data to make trade-offs between friction and protection.
• Define OKRs, goals, and metrics, and track their progress.
• Manage the backlog and lead meetings with stakeholders, engineers, and designers.
• Develop hypotheses and run A/B experiments to validate them.
