[Hiring] Staff Product Manager @Foodsmart

Role Description

We're hiring a Staff Product Manager to own and scale Foodsmart's Food Access & Benefits platform — the product area that powers our expanding portfolio of food programs, health benefits management, and ancillary services that extend Foodsmart's impact beyond nutrition counseling.

As the product lead for Food Access & Benefits platform, you'll be responsible for:

• Systems and capabilities that underpin how members access food benefits.
• How employers and health plans administer those benefits.
• Launching and scaling new service lines in an environment with multiple stakeholders, regulatory considerations, and operational dependencies.

This role is ideal for a product leader who has launched products in operationally intensive domains. You will:

• Own the roadmap for the Food Access & Benefits pod end-to-end — from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Translate complex operational workflows and multi-party requirements into scalable, well-defined product capabilities.
• Design and advocate for the member experience.
• Partner with Engineering, Partnerships, and Operations to define systems architecture.
• Balance client-driven timelines with building platform capabilities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience, with meaningful time spent in B2B or B2B2C environments.
• A track record of launching new products or service lines end-to-end.
• Direct experience working alongside Implementation, Operations, or Client Success teams.
• Experience building and launching products in partnership with commercial teams.
• Experience in AI-enabled product development processes and tools.
