[Hiring] Staff Product Manager @ServiceTitan

Role Description

Ready to be a Titan? ServiceTitan is the leading platform for residential home service - scheduling, dispatch, job booking, quoting, marketing. This role owns the problem of building a residential CRM that sits natively inside ServiceTitan, integrated with various functionalities and designed for an AI-first world.

What you'll do:

• Define and execute the product roadmap for Residential CRM, from core data model and workflow architecture through AI-powered GTM features.
• Lead customer discovery with residential contractors, CSRs, and office managers.
• Guide pricing and packaging strategy in partnership with product marketing and finance.
• Partner with marketing on positioning, go-to-market, and launch strategy.
• Build the customer enablement and onboarding model, defining successful time-to-value.
• Partner with sales and customer success on the commercial motion, pitch, buyer objections, and retention challenges.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management with a track record of shipping from zero to scale.
• Deep experience with CRM, marketing automation, or customer lifecycle products.
• A genuine point of view on what AI-first product design means in practice.
• Background in vertical SaaS or serving mid-market/enterprise customers in high-volume transactional environments.
• Comfort working close to customers and close to leadership.
