Role Description

The Sr Specialist, Payer GTM is responsible for executing the payer go-to-market strategy and leading the end-to-end launch of payer contract products to drive practice enrollment. We are flexible with respect to geographic location, and the ideal candidate will be comfortable working remotely/work from home across US time zones.

Primary Duties

  • Strategy & Execution:
    • Oversee and manage a portfolio of payer contract products from initial contract through go-to-market launch to drive practice enrollment.
    • Proactively anticipate potential challenges and implement appropriate remedies.
    • Oversee timelines, milestones, and deliverables from contract signature through in-market activation and ongoing growth measurement.
    • Develop, launch, and manage strategies for the Payer segment, including targeted Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns and personalized marketing initiatives focused on high-priority payer organizations.
  • Collaboration & Relationship Management:
    • Proactively lead product growth focused collaboration with key stakeholders (i.e. Payer Strategy, Performance, Market P/L, Corp Marketing and Sales teams).
    • Ensure product understanding and meeting growth goals.
    • Research and develop strategies to better understand and communicate with healthcare payers.
    • Understand/convey payers’ value-based care contract terms which are relevant and desirable to primary care providers.
  • Performance Reporting & Analytics:
    • Report on campaign performance (i.e. contract signature, in-market activation, and ongoing growth measurement).
    • Draw evidence-based insights and recommendations.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
  • 6+ years of progressive experience in product management or go-to-market execution.
  • Deep understanding of contract terms within healthcare payer products.
  • Ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Advanced communication (Verbal & Written) and presentation skills.
  • Strong initiative & bias toward action; Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Google Suite and project management software.
  • Requires deep understanding of the contract terms and levers of value capture within each of the payer products for which this role is responsible.

  • Experience with Salesforce and Monday.com (preferred).
