[Hiring] Sr Product Manager @Qventus

1wk ago - Qventus is hiring a remote Sr Product Manager. 💸 Salary: $124,000 - $186,000 usd 📍Location: USA

Role Description

We’re building a product organization at Qventus where the best PMs don’t just write specs and shepherd backlogs but actually build. You’ll own a high-growth product area at the intersection of generative AI and healthcare, and you’ll spend real time prototyping, automating, and creating alongside engineering and design rather than watching from the sidelines. This is an emerging, fast-evolving role. We’re looking for someone with the drive and adaptability to help define what “builder-mode” product management looks like as we go, rather than someone waiting for a fully settled playbook.

What you’ll own

  • Own a product area end-to-end, including its strategy, roadmap, and the decision on what gets built and why.
  • Define and manage the outcomes, setting measurable outcomes and using metrics as the primary signal of success.
  • Discover and validate opportunities by developing a deep understanding of users, the market, technology, and data.
  • Set the vision and requirements, aligning the team and leadership behind them.
  • Get hands-on in the product through building: prototype with AI tools, mockup flows, and draft working solutions.
  • Lead a cross-functional team, partnering closely with engineers, data scientists, designers, and clinical experts.
  • Be the face of the product, building relationships with users, buyers, and external thought leaders.

Qualifications

  • High ownership and accountability.
  • Outcome-oriented and data-strong.
  • Proven “shipper” with a track record of delivering real impact.
  • Exceptional communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
  • High motor, thriving in a fast-moving environment.
  • Hands-on with AI, fluent in using AI tools day-to-day.
  • High comfort level with data and analytics.
  • Strong product sense and taste.
  • Personable and customer-facing.
  • Adaptable to ambiguity in a newer, evolving PM model.
  • Able to span altitudes from vision to detail.
  • Healthcare familiarity, with exposure to healthcare operations or clinical workflows.
  • At least 3-5 years’ experience in product management.

Requirements

  • Compensation based on market data, location, skills, qualifications, and prior experience.
  • Salary Range: $124,000 - $186,000 USD.

Benefits

  • Open Paid Time Off.
  • Paid parental leave.
  • Professional development.
  • Wellness and technology stipends.
  • Generous employee referral bonus.
  • Employee stock option awards.

Company Description
