Role Description

GMR Marketing’s Experience Solutions team is looking for a strategic and driven Sr. Product Manager to help lead the growth and evolution of digital products that power impactful brand and event experiences.

• Oversee the full product lifecycle from discovery and requirements gathering through development, testing, launch, and ongoing optimization.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including software engineers, UX/UI designers, QA specialists, clients, and agency leadership.
• Translate business goals into actionable product strategies and development plans.
• Thrive in a highly organized, collaborative, adaptable, and fast-paced environment.
• Bring deep experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, product roadmap planning, backlog management, stakeholder communication, and modern product management tools.
• Experience leading complex software initiatives, managing third-party integrations, and supporting product marketing efforts.
• Drive product innovation, improve team processes, and deliver exceptional digital experiences from concept to launch.

Qualifications

• Product Leadership: Lead the strategic direction, planning, and execution of digital products from concept through launch and ongoing enhancement.
• Agile Product Management: Manage product backlogs, user stories, sprint planning, and release execution using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strategic Planning & Execution: Translate business strategy into actionable product plans, balancing short-term priorities with long-term vision.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution and delivery.
• Client & Stakeholder Communication: Engage directly with clients and stakeholders to gather feedback and align priorities.
• Operational & Process Excellence: Advocate for continuous improvement across product development processes and team collaboration.
• Technical & Analytical Mindset: Navigate technical discussions related to software development and use data to inform decision-making.
• Dynamic Mindset: Self-motivated, resourceful, and detail-oriented problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments.

Requirements

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to develop annual roadmaps and measure feature adoption and product success metrics.
• Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in building trust and facilitating discussions with clients and stakeholders.
• Comfort with navigating technical discussions related to software development, integrations, and product architecture.
