Role Description

This is a remote position.

Manning Global is recruiting for a Sprinklr Product Expert on behalf of one of their blue-chip international clients to join their organization in India.

• Guide clients in unlocking the full potential of their Unified-CXM investments.
• Bridge the gap between technical configuration and business strategy.
• Help clients map their marketing, care, and research workflows into Sprinklr’s architecture.
• Act as the subject matter expert on Sprinklr capabilities, advising clients on best practices for Social, Care, Marketing, and Research modules.
• Translate client business requirements into technical configurations and workflow designs within the Sprinklr platform.
• Lead product demonstrations, user-training sessions, and feature-adoption workshops for enterprise clients.
• Audit existing client configurations and recommend optimization strategies to improve platform ROI.
• Stay up-to-date with Sprinklr’s product roadmap, new feature releases, and industry trends in customer experience management.
• Collaborate with delivery consultants to ensure solutions are deployed according to best practices.

Qualifications

• 0 to 5 years of experience in SaaS product management, implementation, or digital marketing technology.
• Fresh graduates must possess valid Sprinklr certifications and demonstrate a strong understanding of CXM concepts.
• Hands-on experience configuring workflows, rules, and reporting dashboards within Sprinklr or similar enterprise platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business goals into technical requirements.
• Excellent presentation and stakeholder-management skills.
