[Hiring] Shopify Growth Project Manager @Paired

Role Description

This is not a paid media role. This is not a traditional lifecycle marketing role. The primary focus of this position is owning CRO strategy, Shopify site optimization, A/B testing programs, and managing website development projects from concept to implementation.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, identifying growth opportunities.
• Prioritize testing roadmaps and manage cross-functional teams.
• Drive measurable improvements in conversion rates, average order value, customer experience, and revenue.
• Work closely with designers, developers, project managers, and clients to ensure Shopify enhancements are strategically prioritized, properly executed, and continuously optimized.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in eCommerce, Shopify growth, CRO, or digital optimization roles.
• Proven experience owning conversion rate optimization initiatives for Shopify stores.
• Experience managing Shopify site enhancement and development projects.
• Strong understanding of UX, customer journey optimization, conversion psychology, and merchandising.
• Experience designing and managing A/B testing programs.
• Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable growth initiatives.
• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with designers and developers to execute website improvements.
