[Hiring] Senior Technical Product Manager @Corpay

Role Description

Corpay is looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to join our Corporate Payments division. In this role, the Senior Technical Product Manager will lead the strategy and roadmap for ERP integrations across the Corpay Complete platform. These integrations connect Corpay’s AP automation, payments, card management, and expense capabilities with the systems our customers use to run their businesses.

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Sage Intacct
• Specialized vertical ERPs

You will report to the VP of Product and own the ERP integration roadmap, partnering closely with Corpay’s Line of Business General Managers on priorities and investment decisions.

Role Responsibilities

• Setting the ERP integration strategy
• Owning the product strategy and roadmap for Corpay Complete ERP integrations
• Evaluating where to invest in new integrations and where to extend, migrate, consolidate, or modernize existing capabilities
• Balancing customer value, commercial opportunity, technical feasibility, implementation effort, and long-term support needs
• Maintaining a strong understanding of relevant ERP products, modules, APIs, marketplaces, release cycles, and partner ecosystems
• Leading discovery with customers, prospects, ERP providers, partners, Sales, Implementation, Support, and business leaders
• Understanding end-to-end workflows across purchase orders, invoices, approvals, payments, card administration, cardholder activity, expense management, accounting, and reconciliation
• Turning business needs into clear product requirements, workflow definitions, data requirements, edge cases, and acceptance criteria
• Clearly defining what each integration supports, its dependencies and limitations, and the conditions required for a successful implementation
• Reading and evaluating ERP and partner API documentation
• Assessing whether an API can support the intended customer workflow
• Translating ERP requirements for Corpay’s platform architects and engineers
• Contributing to decisions involving data models, authentication, permissions, webhooks, rate limits, error handling, retries, reconciliation, versioning, and monitoring
• Guiding teams toward reusable, scalable integration patterns
• Working with Engineering throughout development to clarify requirements, resolve tradeoffs, and evaluate whether the completed product meets the intended business need
• Taking responsibility for both new integrations and the ongoing health of the integration portfolio
• Defining what a successful, market-ready integration looks like
• Tracking adoption, implementation performance, reliability, support needs, and customer outcomes
• Using feedback and product data to identify and prioritize improvements
• Planning for ERP releases, API changes, certification requirements, version migrations, and legacy-platform transitions
• Creating clarity across the business
• Serving as the product expert and trusted advisor for ERP integration decisions
• Presenting clear recommendations, options, risks, and tradeoffs to Line of Business General Managers and other senior leaders
• Representing Corpay in product and technical discussions with ERP providers, ISVs, VARs, customers, and prospects
• Helping customer-facing teams set clear expectations and identify the right fit for each integration
• Building alignment across Product, Engineering, Sales, Implementation, Support, and business leadership

Qualifications

• 6+ years of senior level product manager experience
• Senior-level product management experience owning repeatable ERP, accounting, financial-system, or similarly complex B2B integrations
• Direct ownership of integration strategy, product requirements, roadmap, launch, and ongoing performance
• Deep knowledge of at least one major mid-market ERP ecosystem
• The ability to read API documentation and independently assess capabilities, limitations, dependencies, and design implications
• Working knowledge of APIs, data models, authentication, permissions, webhooks, file exchange, error handling, retries, reconciliation, testing, versioning, and monitoring
• Experience translating complex business workflows into clear, engineering-ready requirements
• Strong judgment about the difference between a reusable product capability and a customer-specific solution
• The ability to work credibly with engineers, architects, ERP technical teams, customers, partners, and senior business leaders
• A track record of influencing teams and decisions without direct authority
• Strong written communication, documentation, facilitation, and presentation skills
