[Hiring] Senior Regional Web Product Manager @Samsara

Role Description

The Sr. Regional Web Product Manager owns the strategy, roadmap, and performance of Samsara's regional websites across MX, CAN, and EMEA markets, with new locales as we expand. The role aligns each regional site to how buyers in that market research, evaluate, and buy. You will define those experiences, build the roadmap to get there, and prove the impact through experimentation and measurement.

This is a cross-functional individual contributor role. You will partner with regional teams and with Brand, Content, Product Marketing, Growth, and Web Engineering to shape the experience, and you will set the operating model other teams adopt when they publish internationally.

This role is open to candidates residing in the US except the San Francisco Bay Metro Area, NYC Metro Area, and Washington, D.C. Metro Area.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in web product management, digital experience, or web strategy, including direct ownership of the roadmap for a high-traffic marketing site
• Experience owning web experiences in multiple international markets, including localizing those experiences for in-market relevance rather than translating a single source site
• Track record of running a web experimentation program, including setting the standards and interpreting the results
• Working knowledge of web analytics and experimentation tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Tableau, and an A/B testing platform), and the ability to build measurement structures rather than request them
• Technical SEO and AEO foundation, including international considerations
• Experience working directly with engineering on a modern web stack: CMS architecture, component systems, performance, and release process
• Executive communication skills, including making the case for a regional web strategy to marketing leadership and to regional stakeholders with competing priorities
• Track record of driving outcomes through influence across functions and geographies without formal authority
• Has built AI workflows or agents into their own way of working, and pushes the team's thinking on what comes next

Requirements

• Own the strategy and roadmap for Samsara's regional websites — defining what we build, in what order, and why, and holding the roadmap accountable to regional pipeline and awareness goals
• Define how success is measured for regional web — Set the metrics, targets, and reporting that regional and marketing leadership use to evaluate the channel
• Work with cross-functional pods of designers, engineers, content strategists, and regional marketers — setting direction, sequencing the work, and unblocking delivery
• Build and run the experimentation program for regional sites — CRO, testing, and personalization strategy
• Partner with content marketing teams to drive successful AEO and SEO strategies, and stay current on best practices and latest innovations
• Identify AI use cases and deploy agents to improve all stages of regional site product management and development
• Lead high-complexity regional web initiatives, new market launches, site architecture changes, regional redesigns, from concept through launch and post-launch measurement
• Communicate regional web performance and roadmap progress to marketing leadership and regional stakeholders on a regular cadence, translating results into recommendations rather than status updates
• Raise the capability of the wider web and regional marketing teams — mentoring ICs, creating shared learning and documentation, and serving as the go-to expert on international web
