[Hiring] Senior Product Strategy Manager @Magic Eden

Role Description

Dicey is hiring a Senior Product Strategy Manager to be a force multiplier on our iGaming product team. You'll be the right hand to the Head of Product, taking ambiguous strategic problems and turning them into clear, defensible recommendations the team can act on.

• Tackle the ambiguous problems:
  • Lead strategic deep-dives on market entry, player acquisition, competitive positioning, and feature prioritization.
  • Translate them into recommendations leadership can act on.
• Bring analytical rigor:
  • Build the financial models, market sizings, cohort analyses, and competitive teardowns that drive the calls we make.
• Partner shoulder-to-shoulder with product execution:
  • Sometimes that means a strategy memo.
  • Sometimes it means writing a PRD, debugging a metric, or owning a feature end-to-end.
  • The line is intentionally blurry, and you should be excited about that.
• Grow into a PM scope:
  • Over your first 6–12 months you'll progressively take direct ownership of product areas, evolving toward a fuller product management remit.
  • We will invest in coaching you through the transition.
• Be the voice of the player:
  • Run structured research and gambler interviews that ground the roadmap in real player behavior, not assumptions.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years at a top-tier strategy consulting firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or equivalent).
• Engagement Manager or Senior Associate level preferred.
• Direct project experience in consumer tech, gaming, fintech, or another high-velocity B2C industry is a strong plus.
• Elite analytical horsepower.
• A genuine desire to move into product.
• A passion for iGaming is non-negotiable.

Requirements

• You can take an ambiguous question, structure a clean problem tree, build the model, stress-test the assumptions, and land a defensible answer.
• You've decided you don't want to be a consultant forever.
• You're comfortable with the messiness of building, and you're not precious about your title.
• If you've spent weekends grinding poker tournaments or modeling NFL spreads, we want to talk.

Bonus Points If

• You're crypto-native or have strong working knowledge of Web3 and on-chain consumer products.
• You've worked client engagements in gaming, marketplaces, fintech, or consumer subscription at your firm.
• You've previously made an internal lateral from consulting into a product, strategy, or operating role — even as an internship or short-term assignment.
