Role Description

Sprout Social is hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager to serve as a strategic lead and key executor for our AI and emerging technology portfolio. Sitting at the intersection of Product, Marketing, Revenue, and Leadership, you will both define and directly execute the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for Sprout’s flagship AI agent, Trellis, and our broader AI platform.

In this role, you will operate with high autonomy—shaping long-term market narratives, building core deliverables, establishing enterprise-wide GTM frameworks, and driving hands-on cross-functional execution to cement Sprout’s market leadership in social intelligence.

What You’ll Do

• Steer & Execute AI Market & GTM Strategy: Own and execute the end-to-end GTM strategy for Sprout’s AI portfolio. Translate complex business objectives and emerging technology advancements into multi-year market strategies and actionable go-to-market plans that drive revenue expansion and category leadership.
• Build & Architect Enterprise Playbooks & Systems: Elevate, standardize, and actively execute how Sprout launches products. Conceptualize, author, and deploy modern GTM playbooks, tiering frameworks, and enablement methodologies that optimize performance across Product, Marketing, and Sales functions.
• Develop Executive-Level Content & Storytelling: Drive C-suite and industry-level positioning by directly authoring messaging, decks, and market collateral. Translate complex AI/LLM architectures and data science models into clear, outcome-driven value propositions for senior enterprise decision-makers, industry analysts, and internal stakeholders.
• Solve Complex Problems & Drive Execution: Analyze market shifts, competitive dynamics, and buyer behavior to identify high-impact growth opportunities. Hands-on roll up your sleeves to develop and execute targeted campaigns and tactical interventions to unblock stalled funnels and accelerate market adoption across customer segments.
• Drive Cross-Functional Influence & Mentorship: Serve as a trusted advisor to Product and Revenue leadership. Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to team members, elevating the overall craft, rigor, and strategic impact of the product marketing organization.

Qualifications

• Deep AI & SaaS Acumen: Deep conceptual and practical understanding of AI, machine learning, and natural language processing applications in enterprise SaaS, enabling you to partner credibly with Product/Engineering leaders and influence roadmap decisions.
• Strategic Vision paired with Tactical Execution: Proven ability to balance high-level strategic thinking with hands-on content creation and execution, looking beyond individual feature sets to connect product capabilities directly to corporate revenue goals and market expansion.
• High Autonomy & End-to-End Execution: Proven track record of self-initiating assignments, navigating high ambiguity, and both determining strategic priorities and directly executing deliverables that drive business impact without requiring day-to-day oversight.
• Cross-Departmental Leadership: Ability to command a room, navigate complex stakeholder dynamics, and unite diverse teams (Sales, Product, Executive Leadership, Brand) around a unified strategic direction.
• Systemic Innovation: History of continuously improving entire systems, processes, or GTM models by applying industry best practices and innovative frameworks.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Product Marketing or Strategic Marketing within enterprise B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record of both strategically leading and directly executing high-impact, portfolio-level product launches and GTM strategies.
• Demonstrated experience working directly with AI, machine learning, or data-intensive software products.
• Extensive experience influencing product roadmaps and partnering with Product and Revenue leadership.
• Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to author executive-level messaging, positioning, and market narratives.
