[Hiring] Senior Product Manager, Prescriber Experience @BetterHelp

Role Description

As a Senior Product Manager at BetterHelp, you’ll join a diverse team of licensed clinicians, engineers, product pros, creatives, marketers, and business leaders who share a passion for expanding access to therapy. You will take start-to-finish responsibility on some of our highest impact projects, which can include:

• Bringing to market new products and features
• Optimizing existing products to improve quality of the platform and accelerate growth

This role is an exciting opportunity for someone who is highly data fluent and excited about seeing the results and the impact it can have on the lives of many people globally.

What you will do:

• Own problem discovery, solution design, and delivery for prescriber onboarding & core experience within BetterHelp’s portfolio of companies.
• Ensure a high standard of care by optimizing the therapist and client experience, focusing on quality & client outcomes.
• Work cross-functionally with other PMs to support marketplace engagement.
• Lead highly visible and critical initiatives that materially impact the trajectory of the company.
• Initiate, evaluate, and prioritize ideas, gather requirements, and create specifications for all product changes.
• Analyze and quantify the impact and success of each product change and draw conclusions based on actual data.
• Collaborate with development and design teams to maximize resources' efficiency, utilization, and happiness.
• Partner with the design team to create a user experience that is both delightful and effective.
• Perform UAT and functional QA to ensure quality launches.
• Work cross-functionally with all parts of the company to convert insights into product improvements.
• Connect with external stakeholders to ensure our product meets their needs and requirements.
• Participate in setting the strategy and long-term direction for the organization.
• Continually seek ways to improve everything we do and optimize the value we bring to our stakeholders.
• Own KPIs and be obsessed about them.
• Ideate, execute, test, measure, analyze, learn, iterate.

• Be confined to your "job"; you will get involved in product, marketing, business strategy, and almost everything we do.

Can I work remotely?

Yes. We operate on PST and candidates in any time zone are welcome to apply. Employees are asked to travel to our San Jose, CA office up to three times per year plus one company-wide offsite to collaborate in person. Travel expenses are covered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a product role at a B2C company.
• Proven success through measurable impact and increasing responsibilities.
• Growth and experiments driven mindset with a proven ability to execute and deliver results.
• Basic SQL knowledge to navigate and utilize BI tools effectively.
• Deep understanding of unit/business economics.
• Super analytical: proven experience in using data and relevant tools for driving critical business outcomes.
• Experience in quickly launching products in an agile environment.
• Great eye for UX and understanding of its related metrics.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills, strong attention to detail.

Requirements

• Fundamental coding skills, with experience in building an app (bonus).
• Experience with marketplace-based business models (bonus).
• High level of proficiency with data analysis with SQL, BI tools, and product analytics (bonus).
• Hands-on experience with APIs & vendor integrations (bonus).
• Experience in both desktop and mobile environments (bonus).

The base salary range for this position is $170,000-$200,000, with eligibility for a performance bonus and extensive benefits.
