[Hiring] (Senior) Product Manager - Mobile Apps @Roamless

Role Description

Roamless is post-Series A and scaling fast. We have built a product that serves millions of travelers across 200+ countries, and now we are entering our optimization and growth phase.

We are looking for a Product Manager to own our iOS and Android mobile apps, used by more than 1.5M users. This is a product-led growth role. You will own the three growth levers on mobile: acquisition, retention, and monetization. You will decide what gets built, run experiments to validate it, and drive adoption once it ships. You will work across:

• Push notification strategy
• Onboarding optimization
• In-app engagement
• Growth loops that turn users into paying, returning customers

This role is for someone who has managed mobile apps before and understands what makes mobile different:

• Release cycles
• Platform constraints
• Mobile-specific user behavior
• Unique growth levers available on iOS and Android

You think in growth loops (not just funnels), you are comfortable with experimentation, and you want real ownership of how a product grows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as a Product Manager at a tech company
• At least 3+ years managing mobile apps (both iOS and Android)
• Product-led growth experience
• Mobile engineering awareness
• Analytical mindset
• Proactive and resourceful
• End-to-end ownership experience
• Experience working with engineering, design, and data teams in an agile environment
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Experience owning or significantly contributing to at least one of the three growth levers through the product
• Comfortable with metrics, A/B testing, and experimentation on mobile
• Ability to thrive in environments where things aren't fully defined
