[Hiring] Senior Product Manager II @Housecall Pro

Role Description

As a Senior Product Manager II, you are responsible for driving net new customer acquisition, onboarding and adoption of HCP Products, and customer retention through growth product work. You work daily with our engineering and design teams and other stakeholders to identify the right problems to solve, execute quickly against hypotheses, and measure and iterate on our work until we achieve our goals. Our agile product team is a tight-knit group of inspiring individuals that deliver excellently crafted software experiences and rapidly ship new products. What you do each day:

• Define product vision and strategy, identifying opportunities that align with company objectives and customer needs
• Conduct market research, analyze competitive trends, and gather customer feedback to inform product direction
• Develop, prioritize, and test product hypotheses and initiatives based on customer impact, business opportunity, and feasibility
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (i.e. Engineering, Design, Product Marketing, Strategy, Operations) to develop and validate impactful solutions
• Partner with go-to-market teams to refine product positioning, pricing, and risk management strategies
• Lead sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and product roadmap development
• Drive the execution of product development, working closely with Engineering to deliver high-quality features
• Oversee product launches and coordinate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support for seamless execution
• Monitor product performance, adoption, and customer feedback post-launch to iterate quickly based on data-driven insights

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in product management
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• Proven track record of leading high-impact product initiatives from concept to launch, particularly prior growth or PLG experience; experience building AI/agentic PLG experiences a plus
• Experience with growth stack tools (i.e. Amplitude, Segment, Braze, LaunchDarkly) and experimentation
• Expertise in agile development, product strategy, product lifecycle management, and user experience best practices
• Demonstrated ability to align teams around a strategic vision and execute effectively
• Proven experience driving team efficiency or output quality through the strategic use of AI tools and automation
