[Hiring] Senior Product Manager, Clinical Experience @Headlight

You will be our first dedicated clinical PM, owning the full clinical product surface: our EHR (NextGen), external platform integrations, self-built clinical tooling, and the interface with clinical operations. What You'll Do

• Design a vision for world-class clinical experience across the full clinician journey.
• Own the clinical systems roadmap: define priorities and success metrics.
• Establish product governance: act as the buffer between clinical stakeholders and engineering.
• Evaluate AI and third-party tools: define evaluation criteria and assess solutions.
• Measure the benefit in terms that matter: time saved per session, reduction in non-billable hours, etc.
• Work across the full spectrum of clinical delivery: optimizing workflows and designing integrations.
• Own the integration layer between our clinical tools, ensuring they work together coherently.
• Build clinical safety into the practice from the start.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience, with meaningful time in healthcare or clinical tools.
• Preferred hands-on EHR experience (NextGen, Epic, AdvancedMD, or Athena).
• Familiarity with healthcare systems integration (HL7, FHIR, API-based).
• A track record of building product practice from scratch.
• AI literacy applied practically.
• The ability to quantify benefits concretely to measure outcomes.
• Direct clinical or clinical operations background preferred; experience in behavioral health is a plus.
