[Hiring] Senior Product Manager @Cisco

Role Description

The Strategic Product Engagement Team is a Splunk force multiplier to drive durable Splunk and Cisco cross-portfolio growth over time. We are building an enterprise product-led growth and retention capability that converts product usage telemetry, lifecycle data, and customer insight into coordinated, proactive action in Product & Technology and partnering with Customer Experience and Sales.

Your Impact:

• As a Product Manager on the Strategic Product Engagement Team, you will be a primary product-led partner for strategic enterprise accounts globally.
• You will combine telemetry, lifecycle context, customer feedback, and business priorities to cohort customers and identify product-led workstreams to improve customer outcomes.
• Engage directly with customers, account teams, product managers, engineering leaders, and executives.
• Translate complex customer needs into clear product requirements, decisions, and action plans.
• Own the strategic product-led customer engagements.
• Own product-led lifecycle for a portfolio of strategic customers, aligning the level of engagement to customer value and opportunity.
• Be the command and control center to drive product-led outcomes.
• Deeply understand how Splunk is used by your customer and articulate product opportunities and pain points to Product and Engineering partners.
• Define and report KPIs tied to product engagement for your customer- usage, health– that informs the product organization of growth opportunities, re-platforming of existing use cases and retention risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelors + 12 years of related experience, or Masters + 5 years related experience, or PhD + 1 year related experience.
• 7+ years of experience in technical product management or technical customer engagement with high value enterprise customers.

Requirements

• Experience engaging with senior leadership at enterprise customers on technical issues.
• Experience being a player/coach on the team and also be the trusted product lead to drive technical consensus on a cross functional engineering and go-to-market (sales, and customer success) team supporting complex customers.
• Experience working with large data sets to identify technical blockers.
• Knowledge of Splunk, AppDynamics, or similar platforms to drive system health and performance insights.
• AWS/GCP Cloud Architect, CKA (Certified Kubernetes Administrator), or equivalent SRE/DevOps certifications.
