Role Description

Pearl PRO is the professional side of Pearl's platform: the web and mobile app that real estate agents use to bring Pearl Score into their listings, client conversations, and daily workflow. As Pearl expands its footprint with agents and brokerages, Pearl PRO is a critical growth engine and one of the company's most active areas of product investment.

The Senior Product Manager for Pearl PRO will own the product end to end - strategy, roadmap, discovery, and delivery - for Pearl's real estate professional-facing app across web and mobile. Reporting to the SVP Product, this is a full-stack product ownership role: you are the single accountable owner for Pearl PRO's outcomes, not one contributor among several on a shared roadmap.

We're looking for someone who is genuinely energized by building consumer-grade digital products - clean, intuitive, fast experiences - and who wants to apply that bar to a professional, workflow-heavy user base. Real estate agents are busy, mobile-first, and unforgiving of friction; they'll only adopt a tool that fits how they already work and clearly makes them more effective with clients. This role requires a sharp sense for professional user needs alongside the product craft usually reserved for consumer apps.

You'll work closely with a dedicated designer and engineering lead/squad on Pearl PRO, plus Data Science & Standards (to translate Pearl Score and scoring concepts into clear, trustworthy agent-facing experiences) and Business Development/Customer Success (to keep the roadmap grounded in what's winning and losing deals with brokerages and agents).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, with a track record of owning a product or major surface end to end (not just contributing to one).
• Demonstrated ability to build and ship consumer-grade experiences across both web and mobile.
• Genuine interest in and aptitude for understanding professional/prosumer users and their workflows - real estate experience is a strong plus, but a demonstrated pattern of getting deep on a professional user base (e.g., another vertical SaaS or marketplace) is also valued.
• Comfortable operating as an individual-contributor product owner: no team to delegate to, high autonomy, high accountability.
• Strong product discovery instincts and customer research skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to align design, engineering, and go-to-market stakeholders without formal authority over them.
• Comfortable in a fast-moving, top-down-influenced startup culture with evolving priorities.
• Fluency with modern AI tools and a point of view on applying them to product work.
• Alignment with Pearl's mission and values.

Requirements

• Own the Pearl PRO product strategy and roadmap, in partnership with the SVP Product.
• Be the single point of accountability for Pearl PRO's outcomes - adoption, engagement, and agent/broker satisfaction.
• Make and defend prioritization calls, balancing agent needs, business goals, and delivery realities.
• Set and hold a high bar for UX quality across both the Pearl PRO web app and mobile app.
• Drive end-to-end discovery: research, define, and validate solutions before committing engineering resources.
• Write clear specs and requirements that let design and engineering move fast without re-litigating scope.
• Build and maintain a sharp, current understanding of real estate agents' workflows, incentives, and daily pressures.
• Talk to agents and brokers regularly; treat direct user contact as a core part of the job, not a periodic research exercise.
• Translate agent and broker feedback into a roadmap that earns trust and habitual use, not just feature checkboxes.
• Partner directly with engineering to move initiatives from discovery through delivery without a middle layer of coordination.
• Work with Data Science & Standards to keep Pearl Score and related data concepts accurate and legible to a professional (non-technical) audience.
• Partner with BD and Customer Success so Pearl PRO's roadmap reflects real signal from the field.
• Identify where AI can meaningfully improve the agent experience inside Pearl PRO.
• Use modern AI tools to accelerate your own discovery, documentation, and delivery work.
