[Hiring] Senior Product Manager @TrustEngine

Role Description

The Sr. Product Manager, Core Product owns the part of MortgageCoach that loan officers use most: the Presentation Experience, MC Desktop, the MC Mobile App, and RateWatch. We manage these four surfaces as a single product. This role makes sure a loan officer gets the same quality of experience no matter which one they open. We recently launched the MortgageCoach AI Creator, and the roadmap from here is ambitious, with growth and acquisitions already underway. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the VP of Product. You will work closely with engineering and design, spend real time with the loan officers who rely on these tools every day, and set the direction for how the core product moves forward.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the product manager for Presentations, MC Desktop, the Mobile App, and RateWatch.
• Gather feedback, write specs, run sprints, and iterate on features using usage data and customer input.
• Map where the four surfaces are consistent, where they have drifted apart, and where the experience is strongest.
• Close the gaps so the product holds together on every surface.
• Turn strategic priorities into a sequenced roadmap that engineering can build against, and keep it on track.
• Run structured discovery and feedback programs with loan officers who use MortgageCoach daily.
• Keep product, engineering, and design aligned on timelines and KPIs.
• Raise trade-offs, capacity gaps, and delivery risks early, and bring a recommended path forward.
• Keep business stakeholders informed about what is coming, when it will ship, and how it supports their goals.

Qualifications

• Five or more years in product management, including ownership of a shipped B2B SaaS product.
• Mortgage industry experience. You know how loan officers work and don't need the basics explained.
• A track record of managing one product across web, mobile, or embedded platforms and bringing those platforms into parity.
• Experience running customer interviews, discovery programs, or formal feedback loops.
• Comfort owning a roadmap on your own, without managing other PMs.
• Clear, confident communication with engineers, leadership, and customers.
• Good judgment in ambiguous situations. You can build structure where there is none, hold firm opinions, and change course when the data calls for it.

Nice to have

• Experience overseeing a technical roadmap and working through engineering trade-offs directly.

Compensation

• $135,000 - $176,900
