[Hiring] Senior Product Manager @Medvidi

Role Description

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own one of our strategic AI product areas end-to-end.

• Lead a small, cross-functional product team.
• Responsible for the strategy, roadmap, execution, and business outcomes of your domain.
• Work closely with Engineering, Clinical, and Operations teams.
• Shape how conversational AI is integrated into real healthcare workflows.
• Continuously improve the patient experience.
• Hands-on senior role with real ownership.
• Decide what to build next and understand how AI behaves in production.
• Validate hypotheses, measure impact, and continuously improve the product based on real user data.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product Management with genuine end-to-end ownership.
• 2+ years as an AI PM shipping AI/ML-based products in production.
• Strong understanding of how modern AI products work.
• Experience working in an experimentation-driven product environment.
• Strong analytical skills with experience defining product KPIs.
• Structured problem-solving skills and the ability to make evidence-based decisions.
• Experience partnering closely with Engineering teams.
• Excellent prioritization, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• A strong ownership mindset.
• Professional proficiency in both Russian and English.
• Ability to work CET/CEST overlapping hours.
• Comfortable working under a long-term B2B contractor model using personal equipment.

Requirements

• Experience working in healthcare, telehealth, or other regulated industries is a plus.
• Experience building products focused on operational automation, customer support, or workflow optimization is a plus.
