[Hiring] (Senior) Product Manager @Weflow

Role Description

Own a product area end to end.

• Define the vision, prioritize, and drive it from discovery to launch.
• Talk to revenue teams.
• Dig into how sales reps and RevOps actually work in Salesforce, and turn messy workflows into clear product decisions.
• Shape our AI features.
• Reason about how AI should capture, summarize, and surface data, and decide where it adds real value versus noise.
• Translate insight into specs.
• Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering and design.
• Lead cross-functional execution.
• Coordinate engineering, design, and go-to-market to ship on time.
• Define and track success.
• Set KPIs, watch adoption, and iterate based on data.

Qualifications

• Product management experience in B2B SaaS, ideally with technical or data-heavy products.
• Strong customer instinct.
• Comfort with data and AI.
• Sharp prioritization.
• Excellent communication.
• Bias for ownership.
• Bonus: familiarity with Salesforce, RevOps, or sales workflows.

• 3+ years of experience minimum in product management.
