Role Description

Do you love steering the strategic vision of market-leading B2B SaaS products used by thousands of customers? Are you experienced in shipping user value, working closely with your Engineering and Product Design counterparts? Do you get excited about driving product success in close collaboration with key stakeholders in Sales, Growth, Customer Success and many more functions? As a Product Manager on our B2B SaaS Platform Compliance Cockpit, you will be able to leverage all those strengths. For this, we are looking for someone who loves building products, has a smart business mind, and is able to cut through complexity to bring everybody along the journey.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Focus on enterprise workflows, case management, or complex business processes.
• Proven track record of delivering impactful, enterprise-grade products.
• Strong understanding of large organizations' structures, approval flows, and data needs.
• Excited to build AI-powered product experiences.
• Exhibit leadership and ownership in aligning cross-functional teams.
• Communicate with clarity and confidence.
• Curious, analytical, and pragmatic with a passion for usability.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Fluency in English is required; German is a plus.

Requirements

• Drive the strategy for the Integrity Line product.
• Engage with enterprise customers to uncover real-world challenges.
• Own and drive quarterly objectives focused on high-impact case management initiatives.
• Define requirements with clarity and write actionable user stories.
• Work closely with Engineering using agile practices.
• Play an active role in strengthening product management practices across the company.
