Role Description

At Greenbox Capital, we help small and mid-sized businesses access fast, reliable financing. As a Senior Product Manager, you will own the Salesforce and servicing product ecosystem that powers critical operational workflows. You will take complex, ambiguous problems and turn them into structured, scalable solutions that improve how decisions are made and how work gets done.

What Success Looks Like

• Deliver a clear and executable roadmap for Salesforce and servicing
• Improve workflows and user experience to reduce manual effort
• Ensure data integrity across systems and integrations
• Establish QA and UAT processes that improve release quality

How You’ll Be Measured

• Roadmap delivery predictability
• Product development cycle time
• UAT defect rate
• Salesforce workflow adoption
• Reduction in manual processes (measurement evolving)

What You’ll Do

• Own the Salesforce and servicing roadmap end-to-end
• Translate business goals into structured requirements and user stories
• Partner with engineering and operations to deliver high-impact features
• Improve workflows, interfaces, and integrations within Salesforce
• Establish QA and UAT processes
• Expand platform capabilities through reporting and vendor integrations

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in fintech, lending, or related domain
• Experience owning Salesforce-based products
• Exposure to servicing, collections, underwriting, or credit workflows

Requirements

• Salesforce platform expertise
• Strong requirements writing and documentation
• Experience with BI tools and data analysis
• Familiarity with SDLC tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.)
