Role Description
Ryz Labs is seeking a dynamic Senior Product Manager with a background in analytics and personalization to join one of our clients, a global leader in building a cutting-edge digital sports platform. If you thrive in breaking down complex problems into actionable features and have strong technical program management (TPM) skills, we’d love to hear from you!
In this role, you will drive the development of data-driven products that enhance user engagement and personalization. You will collaborate with engineering, data science, design, and business stakeholders to build scalable and impactful consumer-facing experiences. Your ability to manage agile ceremonies and align teams around clear, strategic objectives will be essential for success.
- Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for analytics and personalization initiatives.
- Leverage data-driven insights to develop innovative features that enhance customer engagement and retention.
- Translate complex business challenges into well-defined product features and deliverables.
- Lead agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives, to ensure smooth execution.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, data science, and business teams to align on priorities and deliver impactful solutions.
- Utilize analytics to inform product strategy, measure success, and continuously optimize user experiences.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment on product goals and execution plans.
- Manage product backlogs, prioritize initiatives, and oversee the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of delivering strategic data-driven products.
- Experience in analytics and personalization, with a strong understanding of data-driven decision-making.
- Experience in building consumer-facing digital products.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex problems into actionable solutions.
- Demonstrated experience executing product roadmaps and driving collaboration across multiple stakeholders.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, influencing without direct authority.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Experience with agile methodologies and best practices, including managing sprint activities.
- Exceptional communication skills, adept at bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
