Role Description
As a Senior Product Manager for our Matchmaking system, you will work cross-functionally with design, engineering, and product marketing, as well as other cross-functional teams, to build a world-class experience for our players.
- Develop a deep understanding of our players, both existing and potential, across all games, by conducting both quantitative and qualitative user research to understand user needs, pain points, and preferences.
- Collaborate on the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and supporting metrics required to deliver new features and experiences for our play propositions for both paid and free users.
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and product marketing, as well as other cross-functional development teams, to build experiences that delight users, including writing requirements, participating in team rituals, and playtesting new features.
- Own major feature launches within the team and with other teams across Digital Platform.
- Utilise data to prioritize, measure success, and iterate on product improvements.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, providing constructive feedback.
Qualifications
- In-depth Product Management experience within a technical environment, preferably in gaming.
- Experience prioritizing features effectively based on user insights, business context, and data, then making strong recommendations and trade-offs to iterate quickly.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-informed decision-making, quantitative and qualitative user research and discovery.
- A proactive attitude towards learning and development, with a willingness to embrace new challenges.
- A passion for gaming and esports and a desire to innovate within a growing industry.
