Role Description

Reporting to the Director, Product Innovation & Intelligence, the Sr. Manager, Product Intelligence is responsible for the delivery of actionable intelligence powered by artificial intelligence (AI) that drives data-driven decision-making within Product Strategy & Development (PS&D). This role uses analytics and artificial intelligence to go beyond traditional insights – actively shaping decisions by equipping product managers with modern intelligence and predictive capabilities to guide timely, high-quality choices for our products.

• Leading a team of analysts, focusing on building and deploying innovative AI and analytics solutions.
• Operationalizing Data Science outputs and integrating new AI driven insight frameworks.
• Transforming complex data into practical, automated decision support tools.
• Ensuring intelligence is rapid to access, intuitive to interpret, and consistently accurate.
• Collaborating across various departments to translate business questions into complex analytics and AI requirements.
• Driving execution of an intelligence roadmap that prioritizes artificial intelligence capabilities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of dynamic experience in product management, product delivery, or related disciplines.
• 3–5+ years of direct people management experience leading product teams.
• Proven ability to lead others directly or indirectly.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, technology, design, or a related field.
• Negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strategic, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of AI/ML product development and responsible AI controls.
• Exceptional intellectual curiosity and a passion for continuous learning.
• Proven track record to lead and develop teams in matrixed, cross‑functional environments.
• Excellent project management techniques and processes.
