[Hiring] Senior Manager – Product Consulting @Apolis

Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager – Product Consulting (Facets) with:

• 17+ years of healthcare IT experience
• 5–10+ years of Facets consulting expertise

The ideal candidate will serve as a Facets Subject Matter Expert (SME), leading business discussions, solution design, and implementation activities for healthcare payer clients. The role requires deep expertise across Facets modules, healthcare business processes, and enterprise solution architecture.

Two SME profiles are needed:

• Resource 1: Enrollment, Group/Class/Plan, Membership, Billing, Accounting
• Resource 2: Claims, Utilization Management (UM), Coordination of Benefits (COB)

Role and Responsibilities:

• Lead consulting engagements as the Facets Product SME.
• Conduct business requirement discovery and design workshops.
• Design, configure, and optimize Facets applications and modules.
• Assess current Facets architecture and recommend best-practice configuration improvements.
• Improve claims auto-adjudication and configuration efficiency.
• Develop solution architecture and implementation roadmaps.
• Perform gap analysis and recommend product enhancements or customizations.
• Lead Proof of Concepts (POCs) and solution presentations.
• Provide technical leadership throughout implementation and maintenance projects.
• Support application modernization and optimization initiatives.
• Mentor project teams and transfer Facets knowledge to client resources.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and offshore/onshore teams.
• Analyze configuration issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Produce architecture documentation and implementation strategies.

Qualifications

• 17+ years of IT and Healthcare Payer experience.
• 5–10+ years of Facets consulting experience.
• Multiple end-to-end Facets implementation experience.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare payer operations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading enterprise consulting engagements.
• Strong documentation, presentation, and leadership skills.
