[Hiring] Senior Manager - Digital Product @CVS Health

Role Description

As a Senior Manager - Digital Product, you will lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of technology products in Aetna Web Services (AWS) that drive customer and business value. As a member of the Digital Product Team, you will partner across business, technology, and design organizations to define product vision, prioritize investments, develop high-performing teams, and deliver measurable outcomes aligned with enterprise objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Define and drive product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmaps aligned to enterprise objectives.
• Partner with AWS Cloud Engineering, UX, Data, Operations, and business teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences.
• Establish product KPIs and measure outcomes to drive continuous improvement and value realization.
• Influence senior stakeholders and build alignment across cross-functional organizations.
• Lead, coach, and develop Product Managers and Product Owners while fostering a customer-centric and data-driven culture.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in roles such as Product Owner and/or Business Analyst in health care domain.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from accredited university or equivalent work experience (High School Diploma/GED + 4 years relevant experience).

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Product Manager (CPM).
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO).
• Prior experience working with software development teams in an Agile environment.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is: $118,450.00 - $236,900.00. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
